BENCH FOR CYLINDERS PNEUMATIC TESTING

Carrying out pneumatic control of the tightness of the connection of cylinders with block valves

■ The operation of the bench is based on the creation of necessary and safe conditions for pneumatic testing of cylinders with a nominal working pressure

■ Methods of control: visual (through the windows of the bath), manometric (according to the indications of the control manometers of the compressor station). It is possible to equip the bench with a video surveillance system

■ The bench is a special bath filled with water, in which the tested cylinder is placed. Then, with the help of a compressor station, the necessary test pressure is created in the cylinder and, by the absence or presence of air bubbles, as well as the indication of control pressure gauges, the tightness of cylinder connection with the valves is controlled.

■ Installation of the tested cylinder on the bench is carried out using a lifting mechanism or a mobile tilter

■ The control of lowering and raising the cylinder, as well as filling the bath with water and draining is carried out from the built-in remote control system

■ The test pressure is controlled from the control panel of the compressor station
