TEST BENCH FOR VALVES SCREWING OUT AND GAS CYLINDERS DEGASSING

Purpose

Gas cylinders degassing and valve demounting from the cylinder neck

Construction

■ The main function of the bench is the degassing of the cylinder through displacing of the remaining gas by supplying of an inert gas to the test cylinder

■ The bench is a base on which a stand with a pneumatic wrench is installed and there is a place provided for installing and fixing of the cylinder with an inert gas

■ Installation and fixation of the tested cylinder is carried out using a stand with a tilter or a mobile tilter

■ The degassing device is mounted on the inert gas cylinder valve

■ The supply of inert gas to the degassing cylinder is regulated by a gas regulator

■ The dismantling of the valve from the neck of the cylinder is carried out using a pneumatic wrench

■ The bench is completed with a set of adapters for dismantling of various construction valves

■ Inert gas cylinder is not included as the component of a complete delivery

■ For the operation of a pneumatic wrench, it is necessary to have a source of compressed air with a pressure of 0.6 ... 0.8 MPa
