Purpose

Construction

■ The operation of the bench is based on creating conditions for determining the weight characteristics of the cylinder, supplying and maintaining the required test pressure

■ The bench is a base on which a weighing platform with a cylinder lifting mechanism and a source of test medium pressure are installed

■ Installation of the tested cylinder on the bench is carried out using a lifting mechanism or a mobile tilter

■ The cylinder neck is sealed with a special device that ensures guaranteed removal of air from the cylinder space, hydrotesting and removal (displacement) of the test medium

■ Test medium pressure source – pneumohydraulic pumping station

■ The bench is completed with sleeves with quick-release connections

■ For the operation of the bench it is necessary to have a source of compressed air with a pressure of 0.6 ... 0.8 MPa, a water supply line and sewerage system.
