Valve Test Bench SPTE 1-9

■ strength and density tests of a body parts material

■ gate tightness tests

■ tightness tests relative to the external environment (including stuffing box seal)

■ tightness testing of the "body-seat" connection of safety valves

■ functional testing of safety valves

The bench is equipped with a rotary test table with a hydraulic clamp and a hydraulic tilt drive.

The position of the valve body during testing is horizontal with clamps on the flanges with the ability to rotate by 90°.

The maximum test pressure is at least 4.5 MPa with water and 0.6 MPa with air (the pressure can be changed at the request of the customer).

The bench is operated together with a pressure source. For the convenience of data recording, it is possible to equip the bench with a measuring  and recording  unit ST-RS
